Dale Hamilton is the Founder and Principal Consultant of ECP Consulting — Elevate Culture & Performance, a firm dedicated to helping organizations unlock their full potential through people-first operational excellence and transformational leadership.
Dale’s career began in the United States Navy, where his early experience in the ECP program shaped his lifelong commitment to disciplined execution, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Since then, he has built a proven track record of leading cultural and operational transformations across global organizations in manufacturing, energy, chemicals, and industrial sectors.
As a Certified Lean Expert, Six Sigma Green Belt, and MBA graduate, Dale specializes in aligning culture, leadership, and operational systems to deliver measurable business results. He has coached leaders from the front line to the executive level, helping organizations improve performance, build stronger teams, and create sustainable change.
