Established the firm’s consulting delivery model, including practice standards, contract and portfolio governance, statement-of-work frameworks, and structured client discovery and scoping processes to ensure measurable, high-value outcomes.

Honeywell International — Global Infrastructure Transformation
Led a multi-year enterprise initiative consolidating 250 data centers into two global hubs (East–West), delivering $12M in cost savings, strengthening operational resilience, and modernizing infrastructure. The success of this transformation led to recruitment into three subsequent transformational leadership roles within Honeywell.

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) — Executive Lean Leadership Coach
Served as Executive Lean Coach to the Regional Vice President of Operations, providing both onsite and virtual leadership development. Guided executive adoption of Lean principles, supported the design and launch of a Regional Command Center, and led the successful rollout of the first of six regional performance centers. Coached leadership teams to improve KPI visibility and daily performance management through visual systems and structured execution.

Advised a newly promoted executive during a complex M&A transition, strengthening leadership effectiveness and organizational alignment. Selected by the COO to lead cultural and operational transformation of a Greenfield manufacturing site. Implemented Tiered Visual Performance Management and customized Lean systems to strengthen execution discipline, culture, and production performance. Delivered a 400% increase in output within six months and introduced SCRUM-based execution boards to drive rapid improvement and a sustained continuous improvement mindset.

Executive Leadership Coach — Operational Performance & Productivity Transformation
Recruited by the Global VP of Engineering to transform a manufacturing operation and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
